READY TO SHIP

Once you place your order, it will be processed and shipped within 2-3 days.

MADE TO ORDER 

All of the « Made to order » products are handmade in our small studio in Bidart. 

After purchasing, please allow up to two weeks before the product to be made and shipped.

DELIVERY TIMES

France: 2 working days

European Union: 3-5 working days

International: 5-8 working days

Shipping prices will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that the shipping price does not include duties or custom charges that may be incurred when shipping to countries outside the European Union. Customers are responsible for these expenses.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number when the order has been dispatched.

RETURNS

Due to the handmade nature of each piece we do not offer refunds, only exchanges.

To start an exchange, please email us to hello@jazzclubstudio.com and ensure the product is unused, in perfect condition and with proof of purchase.

Once the return is accepted, we will provide you with the instructions on where to send the product.

Please note that all return shipping costs will be on your charge.
